Over the last two months, Seeley International has strengthened its engagement with the engineering community in Italy by organizing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars in cooperation with the Ordine degli Ingegneri of Milan and Brescia.
The Ordine degli Ingegneri is the official professional body representing qualified engineers in Italy. Similar to engineering institutions in other countries, it oversees professional standards, promotes ongoing education, and accredits CPD activities that allow engineers to stay up to date with
the latest technologies and regulatory developments. Milan and Brescia are among the most important industrial provinces in Northern Italy, with a strong concentration of manufacturing, logistics, and large-scale commercial facilities—making them ideal locations for technical discussions around innovative cooling solutions.
During both seminars, Luca Belli, Technical Manager at Seeley International, presented The Climate Wizard range and its unique Multi‑Cycle adiabatic cooling technology. The sessions combined theory with hands-on demonstration, using the new Microcore demo unit to clear
ly show the significant supply air temperature reduction that can be achieved, even in demanding industrial environments.
Both events were officially opened by Dr. Luca Socci, Researcher in Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer (IIND 07/A: Industrial Technical Physics), RTD‑A, PhD, at the University of Florence – Department of Industrial Engineering. Dr. Socci has been cooperating with Seeley International for many years and has authored and contributed to several technical articles and academic papers focused on Climate Wizard’s Multi‑cycle adiabatic cooling technology. His introduction provided strong scientific validation of the technology and framed the discussion within a rigorous thermodynamic context, highly appreciated by the attending engineers.
The seminars concluded with an engaging wrap‑up by Marco Rossetti, Sales Manager for Italy, who connected the technical insights shared during the presentations to real-world applications and market needs.
